Lisa graduated from University of Alberta with a degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences, majoring in nutrition and minoring in physical activity. She believes in a holistic approach of teaching and working to meet the specific needs of her clients to reach their goals through small, sustainable steps and changes. She loves being a dietician and talking about food, gardening, cooking (anything involving food, really) and helping others learn how important it is to fuel up our bodies correctly whether it is for a sports competition or for every day.
Janell is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher with over 300 hours of training in both active and restorative yoga as well as an International Coaching Federation Certified Life Coach. She is passionate about living her best life and created her business, Balancing My Wellness, to help her clients do the same. She is driven by a love of learning and a desire to share the knowledge of the universe with those who are ready to create positive, lasting change.
